Access to District Information. The District, upon request by the Association, agrees to respond to the Association regarding available information concerning the financial resources and certificated and classified staffing of the District or any other information necessary to fulfill the Association’s role as exclusive representative, within ten (10) days of the request or as soon as reasonably possible. Such information shall be supplied via electronic means whenever possible.
