Access to Manufacturers. Licensor shall use his commercially reasonable efforts to provide access to Oxis to any suppliers of Products and any form of any Product for use in the Field on terms and conditions no less favorable than those terms and conditions between Licensor and such supplier.
Access to Manufacturers. Opus shall use [***] to assist Juno in Juno obtaining access directly from any suppliers of any source materials or components of any Product.
Access to Manufacturers. ID4 shall use his commercially reasonable efforts to provide access to Company to any suppliers of the API form of any Product for use in the Field on terms and conditions no less favorable than those terms and conditions between ID4 and such supplier.

Santee grants to Pacific Beach a free of charge right to access any suppliers of the API form of the Licensed Product and related intellectual property, owned or controlled, now or in the future by Santee for Licensed Products, including the right to sublicense the right of reference to Sublicensees of Pacific Beach and/or its Affiliates.

TenX shall use its commercially reasonable efforts, and will cause its sublicensee to use commercially reasonable efforts, to cause each third party manufacturer that TenX has engaged to Manufacture a Product to provide reasonable access to the Manufacturing facility of such third party for inspection by Genmab and to disclose to Genmab such technology relating to the establishment and maintenance of a Manufacturing facility for a Product as Genmab shall reasonably request, provided such technology relates to the Retained Field or could likely relate to the Retained Field.
