Retained Field definition

Retained Field has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.
Retained Field means the Liquidia Respiratory Field if the Liquidia Respiratory Option is not exercised by GSK or the Inhaled Field if the Inhaled Option is not exercised by GSK.
Retained Field means the field of the Retained Business (for the avoidance of doubt, including any future consumer cyber safety products and services, and other natural extensions of the Retained Business, in each case in the consumer markets).

More Definitions of Retained Field

Retained Field means performing in vitro diagnostics on an instrument or in a system, in each case that has a throughput of at least thirty (30) patient test samples per hour.
