Access to Manufacturing Facilities. 22 ARTICLE 7
Access to Manufacturing Facilities. INHALE shall be entitled to have access to the Facilities where the Devices, Base Units, Transjectors and Xxxxxxxx are manufactured, packaged or stored during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to the CMs, for the purposes of observing the manufacture of the foregoing. In addition, INHALE shall have the right, but not the obligation, to provide one or more manufacturing or quality engineers to observe the manufacture of the foregoing at the Facilities; and each CM agrees to provide reasonable office space, telephone and other customary office services to such personnel. Access to Manufacturing Facilities. HOVIONE shall have appropriate control procedures in place to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to HOVIONE’s manufacturing facilities.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

  • Maintaining Records; Access to Properties and Inspections; Maintenance of Ratings (a) Keep proper books of record and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all requirements of law are made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities. Each Loan Party will, and will cause each of its subsidiaries to, permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to visit and inspect the financial records and the properties of such Person at reasonable times and as often as reasonably requested and to make extracts from and copies of such financial records, and permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to discuss the affairs, finances and condition of such Person with the officers thereof and independent accountants therefor.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • External Hosting Facilities Transfer Agent shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties.
