Access to Mortgaged Property. Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect each Mortgaged Property or any part thereof at such reasonable times as may be requested by Lender upon reasonable advance written notice (except during an Event of Default), subject, however, to the rights of Borrower and of the tenants of the Mortgaged Property.
Access to Mortgaged Property. Mortgagor will permit Mortgagee and its accredited agents, representatives, attorneys and employees, at the expense of Mortgagor, at all reasonable times, to go upon, examine, inspect, conduct environmental audits and other testing of, and remain on, the Mortgaged Property, and to go upon the derrick floor of any well at any time drilled or being drilled there▇▇ ▇▇ ▇ortgagee's own risk and subject to safety standards applicable in the industry, and will furnish Mortgagee, upon request, all pertinent information regarding the development and operation of the Mortgaged Property.
Access to Mortgaged Property. All curb cuts and driveway permits necessary for access to any Mortgaged Property are existing or will exist at the time necessary for the construction and operation of any Mortgaged Property.
Access to Mortgaged Property. Borrower shall permit or shall cause Manager to permit agents, representatives and employees of the Lenders to inspect the respective Mortgaged Property or any part thereof at such reasonable times as may be requested by the Agent upon reasonable advance written notice, subject, however, to the rights of the tenants of the Mortgaged Property.

Upon request to the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, its agents, ----------------- accountants and attorneys shall have full and free access to visit and inspect, as applicable, during normal business hours and such other reasonable time as may be requested by the Mortgagee to all of the Mortgaged Property including, without limitation, all of the books, correspondence and records of the Mortgagor relating thereto. The Mortgagee and its representatives may examine the same, take extracts therefrom and make photocopies thereof. The Mortgagor shall, at any and all times, within a reasonable time after written request by the Mortgagee, furnish or cause to be furnished to the Mortgagee, in such manner and in such detail as may be reasonably requested by the Mortgagee, additional information with respect to the Mortgaged Property.
Access to Mortgaged Property. Mortgagor shall grant to Mortgagee access to and the right to inspect the Mortgaged Property at all reasonable times, after prior notice to Mortgagor, without becoming liable to Mortgagor or any person, provided, however that the Mortgagee shall not by virtue of the existence or exercise of this right be obligated to perform any other act. In the event the inspection is in response to a suspected default or other problem with the Mortgaged Property, if the inspection confirms the existence of such default, Mortgagor shall reimburse Mortgagee for the cost of the inspection.

The Borrower, Mortgaged Property Owners and Operating Affiliates shall permit agents, representatives and employees of the Administrative Agent to inspect any Mortgaged Property or any part thereof during normal business hours on Business Days upon reasonable advance notice and subject to the applicable terms and conditions of any Management Agreement.
Access to Mortgaged Property. The County agrees that the Corporation and the Trustee, and any of their officers, agents, employees or representatives, shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Mortgaged Property or any portion thereof to inspect the Mortgaged Property. The County shall cause any contractor or subcontractor to cooperate with the Corporation and the Trustee, and any of their officers, agents, employees or representatives, during such inspections. No right of inspection contained herein shall be deemed to impose upon the Corporation or the Trustee any duty or obligation whatsoever to undertake any inspection. No inspection made shall be deemed to impose upon the Corporation or the Trustee any duty or obligation whatsoever to identify or correct any defects in the Mortgaged Property or to notify any person with respect thereto, and no liability shall be imposed upon the Corporation or the Trustee and no warranties (either express or implied) are made by the Corporation or the Trustee as to the quality or fitness of any improvement, any such inspection and approval being given solely for the benefit of the Corporation and Trustee, respectively.
Access to Mortgaged Property. Borrower shall its use best efforts to obtain, within 120 days after the date of this Agreement, legal access from the Mortgaged Property to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, which access shall be in the form of a recorded access easement or publicly dedicated right-of-way or in form otherwise be reasonably acceptable to Lender.
