Access to psychological services and counselling. The University’s Employee Assistance Program is available for Employees who have been involved, directly or indirectly, or who may have witnessed a traumatic incident in the workplace.

The Employer agrees to reimburse the costs of psychological counseling, including psychiatric care when prescribed, for Members who have been involved, directly or indirectly, or who have witnessed a traumatic incident or traumatic events in the workplace, or in connection with the discharge of their duties as employees of the Employer.
