ACCESS TO RECORDS AND PROJECT MONITORING. (a) SUBRECIPIENT will maintain adequate and reasonable records of its performance under this Award Agreement and will allow access to these records at any time during normal business hours by the City and its auditors, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Comptroller General. These records will be kept in SUBRECIPIENT’s offices in Missoula, Montana for a period not less than four (4) years as measured from the date of submission of the CAPER in which the specific activity is reported on for the final time. (b) The City may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of SUBRECIPIENT’s performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Activities, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of SUBRECIPIENT’s records and accounts. The City will advise SUBRECIPIENT of any specific areas of concern and provide SUBRECIPIENT opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the City.

These records will be kept by the contact person for the Grantee for at least three years past the date of completion for the final project. (b) The City or its agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of the Grantee's performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Work, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of the Grantee's records and accounts. The City will advise the Grantee of any specific areas of concern and provide the Grantee opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the City.

(b) GCP may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of RAMP OF MONTANA's performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Activities, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of RAMP OF MONTANA's records and accounts. GCP will advise RAMP OF MONTANA of any specific areas of concern and provide RAMP OF MONTANA opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to GCP.

These records will be kept in the Contractor’s offices in (Name of town or city), Montana. b) The Department or its agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of the Contractor’s performance to determine compliance with the SCOPE AND DUTIES, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of the Contractor’s records and accounts. The Department will advise the Contractor of any specific areas of concern and provide the Contractor opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the Department.

(b) GCP may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of YWCA OF MISSOULA's performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Activities, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of YWCA OF MISSOULA's records and accounts. GCP will advise YWCA OF MISSOULA of any specific areas of concern and provide YWCA OF MISSOULA opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to GCP.

(b) GCP may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of MISSOULA AGING SERVICES' performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Activities, and other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of MISSOULA AGING SERVICES' records and accounts. GCP will advise MISSOULA AGING SERVICES of any specific areas of concern and provide MISSOULA AGING SERVICES opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to GCP.

City may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of AWARDEE’s performance to determine compliance with the provisions of the application, the Scope of Activities set forth in Section 6 of the Loan Agreement, and with any other technical and administrative requirements, including the adequacy of AWARDEE’s records and accounts. City will advise AWARDEE of any specific areas of concern and provide AWARDEE opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to City.
