Access to Registry System. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, PIR shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the Registry System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between PIR and ICANN.
Access to Registry System. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Registry Operator shall provide Registrar with access as a registrar to the Registry System that Registry Operator operates according to its arrangements with ICANN. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between Registry Operator and ICANN.
Access to Registry System. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Afilias shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the Registry System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between Afilias and ICANN.
Access to Registry System. To become a Registrar, You must successfully complete the OTE, which shall include, among other criteria, verification of Your ability to properly connect and interoperate with the Registry System. Once You have successfully completed the OTE, we shall provide You for the Term of this Agreement with access to the Registry System operated in accordance with our arrangement with ICANN. Nothing in this Agreement entitles You to enforce any agreement between us and ICANN.
Access to Registry System. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Registry Operator shall operate, or have operated, the Registry System and shall provide Registrar with access to the Registry System for the purpose of enabling Registrar to exchange domain name registration information with the Registry System. Registry Operator or RSP shall have OTE available to Registrar so that Registrar can test and evaluate all current and proposed functions for a sufficient period of time before they are implemented in the Registry System.
Access to Registry System. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, CentralNic shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the Registry System. Nothing in this Agreement entitles Registrar to enforce any agreement between RO and ICANN.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, TLD Registry shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System to transmit domain name registration information for the Registry TLD to the Registry System.
