ACCESS TO THE SIGNAL. If the Organiser has made arrangements for TV coverage, a free copy of the recording or the Master Tape must be delivered to the nominated IWWF representative within a reasonable time periodon site by noon on the day after the World Championships Finals. The format details of the recording or tape will be provided by the IWWF to the Organiser one month in advance. The commercial rights of such recording shall belong to the IWWF. Income from national and international rights will be shared equally between the IWWF and the Organiser.

ACCESS TO THE SIGNAL. Where pursuant to this Agreement, the Licensor licenses Rights involving the delivery of a live signal, the Licensor shall, at its own expense and risk, provide free access for uplink facilities of the Basic Feed at the venue. Subject to availability of an HDTV signal, upon Eurosport SA's request, Licensor agrees to grant Eurosport SA access to such signal at no cost, apart from reasonable technical costs that might be requested by the producer of such signal. The Licensor warrants that the Basic Feed will be in PAL standard and that the quality of the signal delivered will fully comply with state of the art production standards.
