Access to the Sites of Performance. The Contractor agrees to permit STA, FTA, and its contractors’ access to the sites of performance under this Contract as reasonably may be required. Contractors shall include these requirements in their contracts and subcontracts with third parties at every tier. FEDERAL CHANGES Applicability: All contracts. Contractor shall comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures, and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in the Master Agreement between STA and FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract. Contractor's failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of this Contract.
