ACCIDENT OR INDUSTRIAL ILLNESS REPORTING. The University shall provide the Union President or designee with regular reports of accidents and industrial illnesses which occur within the bargaining unit. Once a year the University and the Union will have a summit to discuss industrial absences or illnesses.
