Common use of Accident victim Clause in Contracts

Accident victim. a) Any employee who is the victim of an employment injury shall promptly report such injury to his employer. b) The employer must record all employment injuries and promptly report any such injury in writing to the CSST, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified under the Act respecting occupational health and safety. c) An employee who, owing to an employment injury, is unable to continue working shall receive the wages he would have normally received for the day in question. If the seriousness of his condition requires that he go to the hospital, he shall be accompanied by another person. When transportation expenses are incurred in going to the hospital, they shall be paid by the employer or in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
