Common use of Accommodation and board / travel Clause in Contracts

Accommodation and board / travel. The Organiser shall comply with the requirements set forth in this respect in art. 2.2, 3.3, 4.3,5.3 WCR. Accordingly, the Organiser shall: - provide appropriate accommodation and board for participants and officials within the applicable quotas, the defined prices and during the specified pe- riods as set out in more detail in art. 4 .3.1WCR; - provide, free of charge, the service areas necessary for the storage and preparation of skis either in the hotels or in separate facilities (containers); - provide, free of charge, sufficient parking space to the teams, service and personnel of sporting goods close to the competition areas. Such parking space may be limited because of local situations.
