Travel, Accommodation and Board for FIS Officials. The Organiser is required to provide free accommodation and full board for the FIS officials and event support personnel from up to two days before the first official training to the end of the event, details of which will be confirmed during the inspection: - FIS Staff Representatives 1 - 3 persons in single rooms - FIS Technical Delegate 1 in single rooms - FIS Head Judge (only Xxxx & Pipe) 1 single room - FIS Judges (only Xxxx & Pipe) 6-9 in double rooms - FIS TA (Course Builder) SBXPAR/HP/SS/BA each 1 in single room - FIS TA (Snow-/Video-Control) 1 in single room - FIS Media Coordinator/Photographer 1 in single rooms - Timing/Data Handling Team 3 - 5 in single rooms - FIS (Implementation Team) 2 - 3 in single rooms - TV production team number of persons to be mutually agreed The Organiser is responsible for the travel costs and daily allowance defined in the ICR for the Technical Delegate(s) and Judges, as well as for the Technical Advisor(s). The duration of the assignment of a Technical Advisor will be agreed in good faith between the FIS Race Director and Organiser. In case of Park & Pipe Events FIS will charge a Global Fee for the Judges/TD daily fees and travel expenses according to the following table: Halfpipe CHF 22’000 Big Air CHF 19’000 Slopestyle with Overall Impression CHF 22’000 Slopestyle with Section by Section CHF 25’000 In case of multiple events (Big Air/Slopestyle) the higher amounts will be considered.   • DIPLOMATIC AGENTS AND CONSULAR OFFICERS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic agents or consular officers under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.

  • Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to existing or, upon their appointment, incoming directors or senior officers of the Issuer or any of its material operating subsidiaries, if the Issuer’s board of directors has approved the transfer. (2) Prior to the transfer the Escrow Agent must receive: (a) a certified copy of the resolution of the board of directors of the Issuer approving the transfer; (b) a certificate signed by a director or officer of the Issuer authorized to sign, stating that the transfer is to a director or senior officer of the Issuer or a material operating subsidiary and that any required approval from the Canadian exchange the Issuer is listed on has been received; (c) an acknowledgment in the form of Schedule “B” signed by the transferee; (d) copies of the letters sent to the securities regulators described in subsection (3) accompanying the acknowledgement; and (e) a transfer power of attorney, completed and executed by the transferor in accordance with the requirements of the Issuer’s transfer agent. (3) At least 10 days prior to the transfer, the Issuer will file a copy of the acknowledgement with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer.

  • No Personal Liability of Directors, Officers, Employees and Shareholders No past, present or future director, officer, employee, incorporator or shareholder of the Company, as such, will have any liability for any obligations of the Company under the Indenture or the Notes or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, such obligations or their creation. By accepting any Note, each Holder waives and releases all such liability. Such waiver and release are part of the consideration for the issuance of the Notes.

  • Disbursement of Financial Assistance Unless a different disbursement method is specified in that line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” OHA will disburse the Part A awards for MHS 28 Services provided under a particular line of the Financial Assistance Award containing an “A” in column “Part ABC” to County in substantially equal monthly allotments during the period specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award, subject to the following: i. OHA may, after 30 days (unless parties agree otherwise) written notice to County, reduce the monthly allotments based on under- used allotments identified through MOTS and other reports in accordance with the “Reporting Requirements” and “Special Reporting Requirements” sections above or applicable special conditions; ii. OHA may, upon written request of County, adjust monthly allotments; iii. Upon amendment to the Financial Assistance Award, OHA shall adjust monthly allotments as necessary, to reflect changes in the funds awarded for MHS 28 Services provided under that line of the Financial Assistance Award; iv. OHA is not obligated to provide financial assistance for any MHS 28 Services that are not properly reported in accordance with the “Reporting Requirements” and “Special Reporting Requirements” sections above or as required in an applicable Specialized Service Requirement by the date 60 calendar days after the earlier of expiration or termination of this Agreement; termination of OHA’s obligation to provide financial assistance for MHS 28 Services; or termination of County’s obligation to include the Program Area in which MHS 28 Services fall within its CMHP; and v. OHA will reduce the financial assistance awarded for MHS 28 Services delivered under a particular line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” containing an “A” in column “Part ABC,” by the amount received by a Provider of MHS 28 Services as payment of a portion of the cost of the Services from an Individual receiving such Services with funds awarded in that line of the Financial Assistance Award.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Responsibility of Dual Directors, Officers and/or Employees If any person who is a director, officer or employee of the Adviser is or becomes a Trustee, officer and/or employee of the Fund and acts as such in any business of the Fund pursuant to this Agreement, then such director, officer and/or employee of the Adviser shall be deemed to be acting in such capacity solely for the Fund, and not as a director, officer or employee of the Adviser or under the control or direction of the Adviser, although paid by the Adviser.
