ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD. 1The Company guarantees to provide the Employee, whilst away from his/her home location on an assignment, with accommodation and board in accordance with the Company’s standard policy. 2In the event that board cannot be provided then a living allowance will be paid to the Employee per month of presence or pro rata thereof in accordance with the Company’s standard policy. 3Payment of the living allowance is conditional upon the Employee being present and living on site at the Work Location. It will not be paid during any Leave Period, or if the Employee is not physically present at the Work Site or during leave or absence, even if spent locally at the Work Location. The Employee is not entitled to any reimbursement other than the living allowance for goods and services purchased for his/her own needs at the Work Location.
