ACCOMMODATION AND BOARD. (i) The Company may require an employee to undertake distant work at locations where it is not reasonable or possible for the employee to return to his or her normal place of residence each night. (ii) Where this occurs the Company shall provide the employee with accommodation in a hotel, motel or rented premises at no expense to the employee. This accommodation shall be in clean and well maintained premises, and be of an adequate standard, in a single or twin room with good furnishings, bedding, floor coverings lighting, heating and access to bathroom facilities (iii) The Company shall also reimburse an employee undertaking distant work a sum of up to $50.00 per day for: (a) The cost of three adequate meals each day; and, (b) For other incidental expenses incurred by the employee while undertaking distant duty.
