Accommodation, Board and Lodging. Employees on travel status away from their work centre shall be reimbursed for: (a) Reasonable hotel and motel bills, as negotiated from time to time by the Province of British Columbia, upon submission of original receipts. (b) Private lodging, where such is used, to a maximum of $30 per day with no receipts required. Effective April 1, 2016 to a maximum of $30.75 per day, effective April 1, 2018 to a maximum of $31.65 per day. Further increases will be applied as negotiated between the BC government and the BCGEU at the Master Bargaining level.
