Accommodation of Scheduling Requests. Supervisors will consider the requests of Unit employees before making scheduled work assignments. Where operationally possible, the requests of Unit employees will be accommodated. Overall needs of the unit, requirements of the job, and ability to perform the job will also be considered. Hospital management will communicate successful methods of accommodating scheduling requests.
