Common use of Accommodation of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Accommodation of Seniority. An employee can transfer seniority from one worksite of a Health Authority to another worksite of the same Health Authority in the following circumstances: 1. when an employee is transferred according to Section 4 of the Health Authorities and Social Service Delivery Improvement Act; 2. when a displaced employee moves to a vacancy at another worksite [refer to 19.01(B)(2)];
