Account Information Accurate and Complete. As of the date hereof and, hereafter, as of the applicable date of delivery pursuant to Section 2.02(d), the information relating to the Accounts delivered to the Custodian in a computer file, magnetic tape, written list or microfiche as supplemented from time to time as provided under Section 2.02(d) contains an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of all the Accounts established by the Seller as of the applicable Cut-Off Date, the Addition Cut-Off Date, the Removal Date, the Purging Date or the Determination Day, as the case may be, and the information contained therein with respect to the account numbers of such Accounts and the Receivables existing thereunder is true and correct in all material respects as of the applicable Cut-off Date or such Addition Cut-Off Date or Removal Date or Purging Date or Determination Day, as the case may be. The Initial Accounts have been selected in accordance with account selection methodology set out in Exhibit “D” attached hereto and the Initial Accounts represent in all material respects all of the Eligible Accounts that satisfy the account selection methodology set out in Exhibit “D” as of the applicable Cut-Off Date;
