Account Registration & Care. Signify will provide Customer with an Account providing access to the Software Service. Customer is solely responsible for (a) the security of the passwords provided to all Authorized Users, (b) maintaining the confidentiality and security of Customer’s Account and for all activities that occur on or through Customer’s Account, and (c) preventing unauthorized access or use of the Software Service through Customer’s Account. Customer will immediately notify Signify of any security breach of the Account, including loss of passwords or unauthorized use of the Software Services. Signify is not responsible for any loss or claim arising from the unauthorized use of the Account as a result of Customer’s negligence, willful misconduct or failure to comply with these Terms of Service.
