Common use of Accrual of Paid Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accrual of Paid Sick Leave. Faculty shall earn paid sick leave as follows: 9.3.2.1 Ten-month full-time employees shall be entitled to ten (10) days of paid sick leave for each academic year earned at a rate of one (1) day per month. 9.3.2.2 Less than full-time (100%) employees shall be entitled to paid sick leave in proportion to the ratio of his/her work hours and work months to full-time faculty employment.
