Accrual of Service Benefits. Effect of parental leave on employment (a) With the exception of clause 28.9 (b) and (c), an absence on parental leave may not be taken into account in calculating the period of service for any purpose of any relevant award or agreement. (b) Any periods of ground duties or paid leave count as service for all purposes of this Agreement.
