Accrual Period. The Administrative Seller shall use its reasonable best efforts to give such notice such that the applicable Company (or its agent) receives it no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York time) on the day such request is being made. Any such request not received by the applicable Company by 2:00 p.m. (New York time) shall be deemed to be received on the next succeeding Business Day.
