ACCRUED DAYS OFF (ADO). (a) A full-time employee Employee whose ordinary hours of work are arranged scheduled in accordance with sub- clause 13.3(b)(iii15.2(c) shall will be entitled to an ADO Accrued Day Off (ADO) in each cycle twenty-eight (28)-day cycle. The ordinary hours of 28 dayswork on each of those days will be arranged to include a proportion of one (1) hour, calculated at 0.4 of one (1) hour for each eight (8)-hour shift worked. These hours will accumulate towards the Employee’s Accrued Day Off with pay.
