Accumulation and Use of Vacation. 1. An employee may accumulate and carry over earned but unused vacation to the maximum of two times the employee’s accrued days of vacation earned in one year. Vacation accrual will automatically stop when the maximum accrual rate is reached. That stop will continue until the vacation balance drops below the maximum accrual allowed (two times the accrual rate).
