Accurately Reporting Time Worked. Employees are required to accurately report all time worked on their time sheets and submit all timesheets by the deadline established by the Payroll Division of the Finance Department. Under no circumstances may an employee work any time in addition to his/her regular work hours before or after work or on an unpaid meal break without first receiving approval in advance from his/her supervisor. Thus, all overtime requires advanced approval.
