ACH Debits and Credits. From time to time, originators that Customer authorizes may send automated clearinghouse (ACH) credits or debits for Customer's Accounts. These ACH transactions may include transactions that Customer may initiate by check but which a merchant or other payee converts to an electronic debit whether the check is presented at the point of sale or mailed to a merchant or other payee. For each ACH transaction, Customer agrees that the transaction is subject to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Operating Rules and any local ACH operating rules then in effect. Customer agrees that we may rely on the representations and warranties contained in these operating rules and either credit or debit your Account, as instructed by the originator of the ACH transaction. Customer should avoid sharing Customer's Account number with third parties to help prevent unauthorized transactions on Customer's Accounts. Customer must notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity appearing in the Customer’s Account(s).

Each ACH transaction is subject to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Operating Rules. You agree that we may rely on the provisions and related warranties contained in these operating rules and credit or debit your account in accordance with the instructions from the originator.

You agree to be cautious about giving someone your Account number to help prevent unauthorized transactions on your Account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized activity.

If the funds transfer is revoked prior to final settlement, we may charge any of your Accounts for the amount credited. In such case, the payment shall not be deemed to have occurred and we will let you know of such revocation in your monthly statement. You may give us payment orders for ACH system funds transfers to and from third party accounts only if you have a separate agreement with us for those services. To the extent that you claim that an ACH debit was unauthorized, we may require you to sign a written statement under penalty of perjury.

Customer must notify us immediately of unauthorized activity appearing in the Customer’s Account(s).The following terms apply to payments to or from your Account that are transmitted through an ACH:  Your rights as to payments to or from your Account will be based upon the laws governing your Account.  Credit given by the Bank to you for a payment from your Account is provisional until final settlement has been made or until payment is considered received under the laws governing your Account.  If payment is made to your Account and the Bank does not receive final settlement or payment is not received under the laws governing your Account, you will not be considered to have received payment and the Bank will be entitled to reimbursement from you for that payment.  You hereby authorize any originating depository financial institution to initiate, pursuant to ACH operating rules, ACH debit entries to your Account for electronic presentment or re-presentment of items written or authorized by you.  Unless the Bank has otherwise agreed in writing, we will notify you of funds debited or credited to your Account on your statement covering the period in which the transaction occurred. The Bank is under no obligation to provide you with any additional notice or receipt.

  • COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF ITEMS In processing items You have deposited for collection, We are only Your agent and assume no responsibility beyond the exercise of ordinary care. In processing items presented for payment on Your Account, We will pay such items each business day in an order of Our choosing, all of which means that the transactions may not be processed in the order in which they occurred and that You could incur multiple fees in a single day should there be insufficient funds to pay all items presented that day.

  • Payment by Credit Card Upon Customer’s written request and Comcast’s acceptance of such request, Comcast will accept certain credit card payments for charges generated under the Agreement. By providing Comcast with a credit card number, Customer authorizes Comcast to charge the card for all charges generated under this Agreement, until (i) this Agreement is terminated or (ii) Customer provides sixty (60) days prior notice that Comcast stop charging the credit card. Customer agrees to provide Comcast with updated credit card or alternate payment information on a timely basis prior to the expiration or termination of the credit card on file or in the event that Customer’s credit card limit is or will be insufficient to cover payment. If Comcast is unable to charge Xxxxxxxx's credit card for any reason, Customer agrees to pay all amounts due, including any late payment charges or bank charges, upon demand by Comcast. Comcast may limit the option to pay by credit card to specific Services or may discontinue acceptance of credit card payments in whole or in part upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Customer.

  • Multiple Accounts 3.2.1 Calculations, reporting and administration may be performed by us separately for each of your Accounts, so that (without limitation):

  • Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC.

  • PJM E-Accounts Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. In a timely manner, Xxxxx shall establish PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).

  • Direct Debit (a) Borrower agrees that interest and principal payments and fees will be deducted automatically on the due date from Borrower's account number 1458126057, or such other of Borrower's accounts with Bank as designated in writing by Borrower.

  • Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.

  • Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.

  • Payment and VAT C2.1 The Contractor shall submit a Valid Invoice to the Authority at the periods specified by the Authority in the Pricing Schedule. A Valid Invoice must contain the reference number of the relevant Purchase Order.
