UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. It is further mutually agreed that the Local Union will, within two (2) weeks of the date of the signing of this Agreement serve upon the Employer a written notice, which notice will list the Union's authorized representatives who will deal with the Employer, make commitments for the Union generally, and in particular have the sole authority to act for the Union and the Union shall not be liable for any activities unless so authorized. It is further agreed that in all cases of an unauthorized strike, slow-down, walkout, or any unauthorized cessation of work in violation of this Agreement, the Union shall not be liable for damages resulting from such unauthorized acts of its members. While the Union shall undertake every reasonable means to induce such employees to return to their jobs during any such period of unauthorized stoppage of work mentioned above, it is specifical­ ly understood and agreed that the Employer during the first twenty four (24) hour period of such unauthorized work stoppage shall have the sole and complete right of reasonable discipline short of discharge, and such employee shall not be entitled to or have any re­ course to any other provisions of this Agreement, After the first twenty-four (24) hour period of such stoppage, and if such stoppage continues, however, the Employer shall have the sole and complete right to immediately discharge any employee participating in any un­ authorized strike, slow-down, walkout, or any other cessation of work, and such employees shall not be entitled to or have any recourse to any other provisions of this Agreement, It is further agreed and understood that the National Warehouse Division of the Inter­ national Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, shall not be liable for any strike, breach or default in violation of this Agreement unless the act is expressly authorized by its Executive Board, The Executive Board shall notify the Company in writing of any such action they have authorized,

UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. The Employer and the Union mutually agree that in the event of an unauthorized strike or slowdown by an employee or employees that the Employer will not file or press suits for monetary damages against the Union. The Union agrees that it will immediately take every reasonable means to induce the employee or employees to return to their jobs or resume standard production. Should such employee or employees refuse to return to work or to resume normal production following an appropriate written directive from the Union, the Employer may exercise whatever disciplinary action it deems proper against such employee or employees, including discharge, layoff, loss of seniority rights, or other rights, or other privileges granted employees under this Agreement or the Employer policy.
UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. It is understood and agreed that the Union shall have no financial liability for acts of its members or agents which are unauthorized and which he Union cannot control. It is agreed, however, that in the event of any such unauthorized action the Union shall, upon receiving notice thereof, urge its members to return to work if there should be a work stoppage and, just as soon as practical, address a letter to the Company notifying the Company that the action of the Union members or agents is unauthorized. The Company shall be privileged to discipline employees responsible for such unauthorized activities without violation of the terms of this Agreement; subject, however, to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement. In order that the Company may be apprised of the officer of the Union empowered to authorize strikes, work stoppages, or actions which will interfere with the activities required of employees under this Agreement, it is understood and agreed that only the President of the Union has the power or authority to authorize any such action or give the orders or directions necessary to carry out any such action.

In the event of any unauthorized cessation of work in violation of this Agreement, the Union shall not be liable for damages resulting from such unauthorized acts of its members providing the Union shall undertake every reasonable means to induce such employees to return to their jobs during any such period of unauthorized stoppage of work mentioned above. It is specifically understood and agreed that the City, during the first twenty-four-hour period of such unauthorized work stoppage, shall have the sole and complete right of reasonable discipline, short of discharge, and such employees shall not be entitled to or have any recourse to any other provisions of this Agreement. After the first twenty-four-hour period of such stoppage and if such stoppage continues, or as to those participating in a second stoppage during the term of this Agreement, the City shall have the sole and complete right to immediately discharge any employee participating in any unauthorized strike, slowdown, walkout or any other cessation of work, and such employee shall not be entitled to or have any recourse to any other provisions of this Agreement.
UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. Such actions include any connection to or tampering with the system without prior approval of Dekalb County. Charges assessed shall reflect Dekalb County's assessment of costs involved in inspecting such work or in taking remedial action. Additionally, persons involved shall be assessed such charges as would apply were the work preauthorized and shall be subject to other penalties.

UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. Tenant and his Employees and all other Permitted Persons shall prevent unauthorized cutting or burning of timber on the Premises and shall promptly report to Owner all known unauthorized grazing, burning or cutting of timber, or other improper uses of the Premises, so as at all times to fully protect the rights of Owner to the Premises.
