Achieving Key Objectives. Each of the Parties recognizes the importance to the other Party of achieving its Key Objective as set out in Sections 2.1 or 2.2, as applicable, and agrees that it will work cooperatively, respectfully, reasonably and in good faith with the other Party and others, including Canada, British Columbia, Colwood and any other Governmental Authorities and public utilities, to achieve all Key Objectives. If a Key Objective set out in Sections 2.1 or 2.2 will not be achieved, the respective Party whose Key Objective will not be achieved is under no obligation to support the other Party to achieve its Key Objective as set out in Sections 2.1 or 2.2, as applicable.
