ACKNOW LEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE. By signing this Lease Contract, I am acknowledging that I have received, read and understand and agree to the term s contained in the Lease Contract, Com m unity Lease Addendum and Com m unity Policies. I acknowledge that I am entering into a legal and binding contract which has financial penalties if cancelled for personal reasons. I agree to be bound by the contract provisions contained in Lease Contract Addendum and accept accom m odations to which I m ay be assigned. New students’ units are assigned after returning residents have been assigned to their units. Signing this acknow ledgem ent indicates that you have had the opportunity to review landlord’s tenant selection criteria.   • Assignment This Agreement and all rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned without the written consent of the other party.

  • Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

  • Amendments This Agreement may not be amended, modified or waived as to any particular provision, except by a written instrument executed by all parties hereto.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • Termination for Convenience TIPS may, by written notice to Vendor, terminate this Agreement for convenience, in whole or in part, at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to Vendor of such termination, and specifying the effective date thereof.
