Lease Addendum definition

Lease Addendum means the document approved by the Monitoring Entity which serves to verify the income of a resident occupying a unit. This document shall contain the rented unit number, the names of all residents, total income for all residents within the unit and the income category they fall within. This document shall be signed and notarized by both the resident and the Owner.
