8.3 Satisfied itself about all matters and necessary information required for submitting a competitive bid; inter-alia including fully familiarizing itself with the site and other conditions prevailing at site.
8.4 Updated itself about any amendments/clarifications that have been posted on the website in terms of Clause 5.2 above.
8.5 Acknowledged that it does not have a Conflict of Interest; and
8.6 Agreed to be bound by the undertaking provided by it under the terms and conditions laid in this tender document.

8.5 Agreed to be bound by the undertaking provided by him under the terms and conditions laid in this tender document.

8.3 Satisfied itself about all matters and necessary information required for submitting a competitive bid; inter-alia including fully familiarizing itself with the site and other conditions prevailing at site.
8.4 Updated itself about any amendments / clarifications that have been posted on the website in terms of clause 5.2 above.

9.2 Received all relevant information requested from the Employer;
9.3 Satisfied itself about all matters and necessary information required for submitting a competitive bid; inter-alia including fully familiarizing itself with the site and other conditions prevailing at site.
9.4 Updated itself about any amendments / clarifications that have been posted on the website in terms of clause 5.2 above.
9.5 Acknowledged that he does not have a Conflict of Interest; and
9.6 Agreed to be bound by the undertaking provided by him under the terms and conditions laid in this tender document.
Acknowledgement by Bidder. It shall be deemed that by submitting the Bid, the Bidder has:-
7.1 Made a complete and careful examination of this Tender for Dredging Works at identified locations;
7.2 Received all relevant information requested from the Employer;
7.3 Satisfied itself about all matters and necessary information required for submitting a competitive bid; inter-alia including fully familiarizing itself with the site and other conditions such as soil/sub soil strata to be dredged and the areas for disposal of dredged material prevailing at site.
7.4 Acknowledged that he does not have a Conflict of Interest; and
7.5 Agreed to be bound by the undertaking provided by him under the terms and conditions laid in this tender document.
Acknowledgement by Bidder. 20.1 It shall be deemed that by submitting the Application, the Bidder has:
(a) made a complete and careful examination of the Bid;
(b) received all relevant information requested from the Employer;
(c) accepted the risk of inadequacy, error or mistake in the information provided in the Bid or furnished by or on behalf of the Employer; and
(d) agreed to be bound by the undertakings provided by it under and in terms hereof.
20.2 The Employer shall not be liable for any omission, mistake or error in respect of any of the above or on account of any matter or thing arising out of or concerning or relating to the Bid or the Bidding Process, including any error or mistake therein or in any information or data given by the Employer.
