Receipt of Notice For purposes of this provision, the Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination will be determined based on the date of actual receipt or based on Subsection 20.2 below, whichever occurs first.
Receipt of Notices Notices and communications sent by hand or overnight courier service, or mailed by certified or registered mail, shall be deemed to have been given when received; notices sent by facsimile shall be deemed to have been given when sent and receipt has been confirmed by telephone. Notices delivered through electronic communications to the extent provided in subpart (c) below shall be effective as provided in said subpart (c).

Content of Notice The Plan Administrator shall provide written notice to every Claimant who is denied a claim for benefits which notice shall set forth the following:
Waiver of Notice Borrower shall not be entitled to any notices of any nature whatsoever from Lender except with respect to matters for which this Agreement or the other Loan Documents specifically and expressly provide for the giving of notice by Lender to Borrower and except with respect to matters for which Borrower is not, pursuant to applicable Legal Requirements, permitted to waive the giving of notice. Borrower hereby expressly waives the right to receive any notice from Lender with respect to any matter for which this Agreement or the other Loan Documents do not specifically and expressly provide for the giving of notice by Lender to Borrower.
Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award Based on the evaluation, on the date indicated in the Timeline of Events the Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS and the MFMP Sourcing website for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the notice of award is delayed, in lieu of posting the notice of intended award the Department may post a notice of the delay and a revised date for posting the notice of intended award.
Acknowledgement of Risk (a) The Purchaser acknowledges and understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk, including, without limitation, (i) the Company remains a development stage business with limited operating history and requires substantial funds in addition to the proceeds from the sale of the Securities; (ii) an investment in the Company is speculative, and only Purchasers who can afford the loss of their entire investment should consider investing in the Company and the Securities; (iii) the Purchaser may not be able to liquidate its investment; (iv) transferability of the Securities is extremely limited; (v) in the event of a disposition of the Securities, the Purchaser could sustain the loss of its entire investment; and (vi) the Company has not paid any dividends on its Common Stock since inception and does not anticipate the payment of dividends in the foreseeable future.
