Instructional Activities. The District will pay each employee for time spent on preparation for teaching or leading any instructional situation. Such situations would include, but not limited to, summer school, staff development leadership roles, Afters programs, or state assessment preparation. The rate of pay will be per diem, per hour of teaching time. Additional time for preparation can be negotiated with the building principal.
