Acquiror Nasdaq Listing. (a) From the date hereof through the Closing, Acquiror shall use reasonable best efforts to ensure Acquiror remains listed as a public company on, and for Acquiror Ordinary Shares to be listed on, Nasdaq.

Acquiror Nasdaq Listing. (a) From the date hereof through the Closing, Acquiror shall use reasonable best efforts to ensure Acquiror remains listed as a public company on, and for shares of Acquiror Common Stock to be listed on, NASDAQ.
Acquiror Nasdaq Listing. From the date hereof through the Closing, Acquiror shall use reasonable best efforts to ensure Acquiror remains listed as a public company on, and for shares of Acquiror Common Stock to remain listed on, Nasdaq. Acquiror shall cooperate and support the Company’s efforts to file the PubCo Listing Application and in support of having PubCo’s common stock and warrants be approved for listing on Nasdaq as promptly as practicable following the Closing, subject to official notice of issuance to be listed on Nasdaq.

Prior to the Effective Time, Acquiror shall, to the extent required by the rules and regulations of the NASDAQ, prepare and submit to the NASDAQ a notification form for the listing of the Acquiror Class A Common Stock, and to cause such shares to be conditionally approved for listing (subject to official notice of issuance).
Acquiror Nasdaq Listing. From the date hereof through the Closing, Acquiror shall ensure Acquiror remains listed as a public company on the NASDAQ, and shall prepare and submit to the NASDAQ a listing application, if required under NASDAQ rules, covering shares of Acquiror Class A Common Stock and Acquiror Warrants (but, in the case of Acquiror Warrants, only to the extent issued as of the date hereof) to be listed on the NASDAQ, and shall obtain approval for the listing of such shares of Acquiror Class A Common Stock and Acquiror Warrants.
