Acquiror Warrants definition

Acquiror Warrants means, collectively, the Acquiror Public Warrants and the Acquiror Private Placement Warrants.
Acquiror Warrants means whole warrants to purchase shares of Acquiror Class A Common Stock as contemplated under the Acquiror Warrant Agreement, with each whole warrant exercisable for one share of Acquiror Class A Common Stock at an exercise price of $11.50.

More Definitions of Acquiror Warrants

Acquiror Warrants means the warrants to purchase one (1) Acquiror Class A Ordinary Share at an exercise price of $11.50 issued to the Sponsor prior to the date of this Agreement or to be issued to the Sponsor following the date of this Agreement in respect of any capitalization of Working Capital Loans.
Acquiror Warrants means all outstanding and unexercised warrants to purchase shares of Acquiror Class A Common Stock.
