Common use of Across-the-Board Salary Increases Clause in Contracts

Across-the-Board Salary Increases. The following salary increases shall be provided to eligible employees in the unit within the applicable policies and practices of the Judiciary and in keeping with the conditions set forth herein. Subject to the State Legislature enacting appropriations of funds for these specific purposes, the Judiciary agrees to provide the following salary modifications effective at the times stated here or, if later, within a reasonable time after enactment of the appropriations.
