Common use of Acting in Higher Classification Clause in Contracts

Acting in Higher Classification. A. Whenever an employee covered by this Agreement is required and assigned to serve in a higher classification, the employee shall be compensated at the same rate as the entry level of the higher classification, except as specified in paragraph C below, for all hours worked.
