Action Level. If there is deterioration in air quality evidenced by a two-year average of 84 parts per billion or higher and occurrence of four exceedances at CAMS 4 in the current calendar year, or a two-year average of 84 parts per billion or higher and occurrence of four exceedances at CAMS 21 in the current calendar year, then the cause of the exceedances will be evaluated. Additional voluntary control measures will be implemented. Within sixty days following the fourth exceedance, the Air Quality Committee will review and select from the list of available control measures one or more additional voluntary control measures which will prevent violations. Within ten days following the action of the Air Quality Committee, a report of such action will be submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Implementation of selected voluntary control measures will proceed in a timely manner to reduce ozone precursors as soon as practicable.

Action Level. The 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) Action Levels for lead and other toxic metals that may be present in the coating being disturbed or the abrasive being used are as follows: • Lead - 30 µg/m3 • Cadmium - 2.5 µg/m3 • Inorganic arsenic - 5 µg/m3 • Beryllium – 0.1 µg/m3 • Hexavalent chromium – 2.5 µg/m3 For other metals that are found in the coating, and for which no Action Level exists, establish the Action Level at 1/2 of the PEL. Invoke the following protective measures when the airborne exposure to a toxic metal found in the coating exceeds the Action Level: • Exposure Monitoring • Housekeeping • Employee Medical Surveillance and Medical Removal Protection • Employee Information and TrainingSigns and Regulated Areas • Record keeping
Action Level. An 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels measured on the A-weighted scale, slow response, or equivalently a dose of 50%. This is the level of sound exposure at which employee participation in the Purdue Hearing Conservation Program is mandatory.

  • Hearing Levels Level 1. An employee and/or Association having cause for a complaint shall, within twenty (20) days of its occurrence or knowledge of its occurrence, file a grievance form (Appendix C) with the immediate supervisor. An Association representative may participate if requested by the employee. A copy of the grievance form shall be given to the Association by the grievant at the time of filing. The immediate supervisor shall issue a decision within ten (10) days to the grievant and a copy filed with the Association by the immediate supervisor. After the filing of the grievance, an extension of up to ten (10) additional days shall be granted at the request of either party.

  • Benefit Level The primary care clinics available through each plan administrator are assigned a Benefit Level. The Benefit Levels are outlined in the benefit chart below. Primary care clinics may be in different Benefit Levels for different plan administrators. Family members may be enrolled in clinics that are in different Benefits Levels. Employees and their dependents may change to clinics in different Benefit Levels during the annual open enrollment. Employees and their dependents may also elect to move to a clinic in a different Benefit Level within the same plan administrator up to two (2) additional times during the plan year. Unless the individual has a referral from his/her primary care clinic, there are no benefits for services received from providers in Benefit Levels that are different from that of the primary care clinic in which the individual has enrolled.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Informal Level Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an informal conference with the grievant's immediate supervisor.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.
