Quality Committee definition
Quality Committee means a committee whose functions are concerned with the arrangements for the purpose of monitoring and improving the quality of healthcare for which the [name] Trust has responsibility.
Quality Committee means a committee comprised at a minimum of the administrator, clinical director, director of nursing, licensed mental health professional, and psychiatrist. Other committee members may be specified by rules governing payor requirements. The committee shall establish and implement quality assurance and quality improvement systems that monitor and promote quality care to clients.
