Agreement Runs with the Land Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all of the provisions, rights, terms, covenants, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assignees, representatives, lessees, and all other persons acquiring the Property, or any portion of the Property, or any interest therein, whether by operation of law or in any manner whatsoever. Dealings with Public Servants Contractor has not given, has not offered to give, and does not intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with this Contract or any related Solicitation, or related Solicitation Response.
Joint Inventions With Partner The Parties will use reasonable efforts to report, and cooperate in obtaining patent protection on, inventions made jointly between NASA employees, Partner employees, and employees of either Party's Related Entities.
