Activation of Call Home Feature. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee may elect to activate the Call Home feature in DDN’s Directmon product. The Call Home feature enables DDN’s servers to receive automated communications from the Software. The Call Home feature supports DDN’s ability to respond to error communications faster and in a more streamlined manner. To activate the Call Home feature, Licensee must submit a written order to DDN (with email to DDN’s support contact being sufficient), provided that Licensee will be responsible for establishing the IT infrastructure at Licensee’s facility to permit the Software to communicate with DDN’s servers.
