Activation of PMP. This clause is activated when the following scenarios arise: • As a result of a “no surprises” discussion an employee’s performance is identified as unsatisfactory and a performance improvement plan is implemented. • An employee fails to meet one or more of the requirements of a performance improvement plan (individual may be required to undertake successive performance improvement plans) then a performance management plan will be implemented.
