Activities Not Requiring Approval. Except as provided by the Applicable Laws, once CNH approves the Petroleum Activities to be conducted by the Contractor under each Work Program, the Contractor will not be required to obtain the approval from CNH regarding details of the design, engineering and construction of the facilities contemplated by the approved Work Program, nor of the details about the manner in which they will be operated.
