Activities Undertaken in 2005. 3.1.1 Significant progress had been made on the Secretariat’s work programme since the first meeting of the Advisory Committee. Key activities undertaken have included the development of a draft Headquarters Agreement in consultation with the Australian Government; undertaking preparations for the second Advisory Committee Meeting (AC2) and the Second Session of the Meeting of Parties (MoP2); representing the Agreement at the Ecologically Related Species (ERS) Working Group of the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Blue Fin Tuna (CCSBT) and at the 24th meeting of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR); assisting Working Groups with the implementation of the action plan; and maintaining the operation of the Secretariat’s office. The meeting thanked the Interim Secretariat for its report (AC2 Doc.6) and noted its contents.

  • Activities Conducted Abroad The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must ensure that project activities carried on outside the United States are coordinated as necessary with appropriate government authorities and that appropriate licenses, permits, or approvals are obtained.

The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Restrictions on Business Activities There is no agreement, commitment, judgment, injunction, order or decree binding upon the Company or to which the Company is a party which has or could reasonably be expected to have the effect of prohibiting or materially impairing any business practice material to the Company, any acquisition of property by the Company or the conduct of business by the Company as currently conducted or as proposed to be conducted.
