Acts and Omissions of Payment Networks; Recovery of Payments. We are not responsible for the performance, speed, or other acts or omissions of the Payment Networks that may be involved in the transmission of a payment. We shall not be obligated to comply with automated clearing house rules with respect to the recovery of payments made through the P2P Services unless the transaction is transmitted through the automated clearing house. We are only responsible for delivery of the applicable Payment Instructions to the applicable Payment Network in the format required by the applicable Payment Network’s specifications. We will choose the Payment Networks in which we will participate in our sole discretion.
