Ad Article 27. The provisions of Article 27 shall apply accordingly to assistance in the collection of the income- related regulations under the laws of the Netherlands by the tax authorities of the Netherlands concerned with the implementation, administration or enforcement of these income-related regulations after consultation and agreement between the competent authorities of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Ireland by notes to be exchanged through diplomatic channels. This provision shall not have effect until the date specified in the exchange of diplomatic notes.
Ad Article 27. The Contracting States may release to the arbitration board, established under the provisions of paragraph 6 of Article 26, such information as is necessary for carrying out the arbitration procedure. The members of the arbitration board shall be subject to the limitations on disclosure described in paragraph 2 of this Article with respect to any information so released.
