Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to the P.E.L.R.A. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than 90 days prior to the expiration of the Agreement.

If either party desires to modify or terminate this contract commencing on July 1, 2024, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1,2026. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than 120 calendar days prior to the expiration of this contract.

This Master Contract shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2021, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Master Contract commencing on July 1, 2019, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2021, but not prior to March 1, 2021. Parties to this Master Contract agree to commence negotiations for a successor contract no later than 20 days after receipt of said written notice, except as may be modified by the State Director of Mediation Services.
