Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, and thereafter pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2024, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2024. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on its date of execution, through June 30, 2022, and thereafter as provided by P.E.L.R.A. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing at its expiration, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than 120 days prior to said expiration. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

It is further agreed that following such notice of intent, negotiations shall continue on a regular basis with the goal of reaching Agreement on the 2021-2023 contract prior to August 1, 2021.

If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2017, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2019. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations prior to March 1 of the expiration year of this Agreement except by mutual agreement.
Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Master Contract shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2021, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Master Contract commencing on July 1, 2019, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2021, but not prior to March 1, 2021. Parties to this Master Contract agree to commence negotiations for a successor contract no later than 20 days after receipt of said written notice, except as may be modified by the State Director of Mediation Services.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to the P.E.L.R.A. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to the commencement of school in the fall of 2023, a teacher shall be compensated according to the last individual contract executed between the teacher and the School District until such time that a successor agreement is executed. If either party desires to modify or amend this agreement commencing July 1, 2023, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2023. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
Term and Reopening Negotiations. All provisions of this Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2014, except as otherwise provided herein. The Agreement will remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2016. Said Agreement will automatically be renewed and will continue in full force and effect for additional periods of one year unless either party gives notice to the other, not later than January 1, prior to the aforesaid expiration date or any anniversary thereof, of its desire to reopen this Agreement and to negotiate over the terms of a successor agreement.

The parties mutually agree that negotiations shall commence no earlier than April 1 prior to the expiration of this Agreement each negotiation year.
