Adding Persons to Tenant’s Household Sample Clauses

Adding Persons to Tenant’s Household. Any additions to the household members named on the lease, including Live-in Aides and xxxxxx children, but excluding natural birth, adoption or court-awarded custody of a child, require the advance written approval of the Authority. Such approval will be granted only if the new family members pass the Authority's screening criteria and either no change in unit is required or a unit of the appropriate size is available in accordance with Authority policies. Permission to add Live-in Aides and xxxxxx children shall not be unreasonably refused. Even though advance written approval from Authority is not required for Tenant to add a child to the household as a result of birth, adoption, or court-awarded custody, Tenant must still promptly inform Authority if a Tenant adds a child to the household for one of these reasons.
